For the growing number of the people in the Taft area, the different needs for food and beverage must be satisfied especially this is also a strip where educational institutions like De La Salle University and College of St. Benilde. Kenny Rodgers and Seattle's best Coffee have set up another hybrid store, a combined space for the two stores in one building. The first one in Katipunan facing Ateneo de Manila.
The renovated space used to be just for Kenny Rogers but has been renovated with upgrades with design to accommodate both patrons of the stores includes a VIP area, dinning area and also al fresco dinning.
