FOOD STOPS: Roboto San Japanese Grill Buffet

Buffet has been a foodie favorite for all time, and there is also a growing number of smokeless grill restaurants in the metro draws a lot of food trippers and also groups who wanted to have a good time with great food. And for the guilty glutton like me, these places of great buffet and grills is like nirvana for the foodie soul.

Roboto San Japanese Grill Buffet just opened this April and is indeed a different kind from regular buffet and grill restaurants. The name it self gives it that ambiance of a futuristic and Japanese Anime style that makes you step inside a spaceship. Seats have robots drawn at the the chairs and with creative angled dividers that still keeps the place a cosy place to dine. Inspired by the Sentai series or Japanese Robot cartoons like Astroboy, Voltes V, Mazinger Z , Voltron and many others is also a great place of nostalgia, and with monitors showing some episodes of the shows makes you stop and watch for a while, and while waiting for your food to be cooked. I was caught watching several episodes while grilling my food.



Now for the menu, the buffet was not just exclusively japanese, there are also some Chinese (Dumplings and Dimsums) , Pinoy (Kilawin) and Italian (Pastas and Pizza) that brings variety to the array of food. And for their pork, beef and seafood grill choices are also plenty at sizes ample enough so you can also try all of their menu. I went ahead an tried all of them so I can come up with a conclusion of which falvor or dish will be our highly recommended for this food stop. Note that the menu changes on a regular basis so that customers have reasons to come back and wont get tired of the same menu everyday. 

Though a lover of Japanese food, I do love other cuisines in my plate also. The smokeless japanese grill also is a very great way to enjoy food as you cook your choices fresh and the way you wanted. From the fusion of great Japanese grill, modern buffet and also a wide array fom salads, pizza, seafood, sushi, and desserts will give you a very filled stomach and a unique dining experience. Indeed a place I look forward to dine for my cravings!
