Locally provides Taguig frontliners with immune-boosting natural juices

In true Bayanihan spirit, NutriAsia provided essential frontliners from Taguig City with Locally Blended Juice Drink.

Medical and non-medical frontliners in Taguig’s checkpoints, vaccination sites, and barangay enjoyed Locally’s blended juice drink, which are made from fruits cultivated by Filipino farmers. The drinks help the frontliners stay hydrated, energized, and protected from illness as they go about their important duties with the juices’ natural vitamin C.

Some residents in Barangay Fort also received Locally Blended juice drink. Recipients include peace and order personnel, emergency & rescue personnel, day care students, employees of the DSWD barangay base, Health Center Personnel, barangay frontliners, and zone coordinators.

This follows NutriAsia’s donation of boxes of Locally to various hospitals around Metro Manila earlier this month.

“We are truly happy to do our part in ensuring that our brave and dedicated frontliners are hydrated and protected from all illnesses through providing delicious Locally juice drinks that boost their energy and immunity,” said Gretchen King, Category Manager for Beverages at NutriAsia.

“As we donate Locally to our frontliners, we also manage to support our local farm industry, which is key in providing the fruits we use for our drinks.”

The fight against the Covid-19 virus isn’t over. With the invisible enemy still out there, it is still best to arm ourselves with the immunity boost that vitamin C provides. Locally has been handing out immunity and energy boosting natural fruit juices to medical personnel, local government units, mobile markets, military staff, mobile kitchens, and more around the metro since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, we can all help each other out in healing and rebuilding our nation. Together, we can all help each other out in healing and rebuilding our nation.

More outdoor dining options at McDonald’s

Customers can now safely enjoy their McDonald’s favorites in a restaurant near their homes during this MECQ period with more outdoor dining options in Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, and Laguna, and in the rest of the country.

McDonald’s Philippines makes outdoor dining and Bike and Dine options available across more of its stores for Filipinos to safely dine-in.

The recent announcement of the government on the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal allow restaurants to accommodate outdoor dining at limited capacity, on top of Drive-Thru and Take-out options. Since last year, McDonald’s has begun investing in creating more outdoor dining spaces by setting up tables and chairs outside for customers to have more options where they can enjoy their favorite meals. This is in addition to improving existing outdoor dining facilities already integrated in the store design.

Big Wins for NutriAsia at the 18th Philippine Quill Awards!

NutriAsia, the Philippines’ leading distributor and manufacturer of condiments and sauces, earned impressive wins in the recent 18th Philippine Quill Awards for various marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives in 2020.

The company won three Excellence Awards and one Merit Award in the online ceremony last March 25 by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines.

NutriAsia’s Excellence Awards went to the Locally Superfruits and Locally #ImmUNITY campaigns, as well as the Bring Your Own Bote (BYOB) Zero-Waste initiative.

Locally Superfruits introduced locally sourced nutrient-dense and vitamin-filled fruit juices such as Mangosteen, Passion Fruit, and Dragon Fruit to the Filipino consumer base. Meanwhile, the #ImmUNITY campaign also promoted the personal and economic benefits of locally produced fruit juices. The two-pronged campaign successfully communicated the health benefits of drinking fruit juice while supporting the livelihood of local fruit farmers and communities, both especially relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic.
