Well speaking of Kimchi, I admit I am not a fan of it because I used to be a sweet fan forever, but being exposed to many spicy cuisines like Thai and Singaporean converted me to appreciate the flavorful taste of spices. And knowing that Korean food involves spicy choices, then I guess its time to be love kimchi.
Among the appetizers, I love the salad which is a mix of spicy and sweet with the crispiness of fresh greens which makes it an interesting grub to start and not to forget healthy.
Spicy Boneless Chicken- indeed no bones with this chick and it is glazed with rich sauce which is actually more sweet than spicy. With minimal garnish and actually good for sharing. It may not be as spicy as expected but can be a good companion dish for either beef, pork and seafood.
Beef Galbi - Beef Strips! Who could say no to these tender meats which is grilled over the induction cooker together with sweet potato and onion for garnish. It smells so good and best served medium rare. I can't believe that they cook so fast which makes less hassle especially for hungry customers.
LA Style Short Ribs - Strips of Beef ribs which has minimal bones and cut into thin strips like bacon. It's like bacon with bones which adds some flavor to the meat. But since its its not the whole ribs which can take some time to cook, it cuts grilling time.
Now time to pick the Highly Recommended dish of the stop. And I have to say it is the Fish duo of Grilled Apahap and Salmon. It was actually a surprize for their taste and texture. Also this is a new dish for Bulgogi Brothers as they also want to introduce seafood dishes aside from the Meat selections.
To answer the hanging question, they mentioned that Bulgogi Brothers name was because of its origins in Korea when the brand was started by partners which people consider as brothers and with that partnership the name Bulgogi Brothers was born. You can also check out the other branches located at:
