Hizon's Catering Makes Life Events Into Dreams Come True!

Life goes through stages, mostly of them memorable. We celebrate our birthdays, we get work and go to seminars, we also celebrate events and probably the most memorable is wedding day. This is where Hizon's Catering came to make them real Life events.

Founded in 1987, Hizon's provided catering services and eventually made a name in the food industry. And growth provided them to create a network of suppliers, venues and creativity that they learn and apply in their work. This earned their reputation in bringing the best events for everyone.

Today they have everything covered. Personal milestones such as baptism, graduation, wedding, and anniversary? Check! Birthday celebrations? Oh yes, with all sorts of themes to boot, ranging from the usual cartoon character-centered concept for kids and a simple SPArty for the debutante to a musical extravaganza for the rocker in the family and a lavish ball for the golden girl!

Yes, almost all life events can be made special with the right concepts, the decorations and most especially the Food! And the Hizon name is known as a clan of food experts.

We got a glimpse on these occasions with one of their best locations, The Oasis, located in San Juan. The Oasis lives up to its name as a fresh patch of land in the city.  This makes it the perfect venue for any kind of event.
One of our blogger friends, Marjorie and Jonel, even  had their wedding done at the Oasis and Hizon's provided the catering.

To make the most of the venue, we were introduced with the experience of a Children's Birthday Party, A Grand Wedding, An Engaging Seminar and An Awards Night. Each have their own personality, and it really lives up to the real life experience they deliver.

I personally love the wedding set up as it looks romantic yet gives the newlyweds a time to shine. The Birthday Party is something I would really like to have in my childhood. The Seminar may mean business, but it removes the stress with their great food. And finally, the Awards Night can par with the major events and drives sophistication.

The wedding was formal and featured an extensive buffet of soup, salad, and main course options plus a carving station. In contrast was the no-frills breakfast seminar set-up which had a spread of omelette filling choices and a cooking station. Appealing to the child in all the guests was the circus-inspired look of the kiddie party matched by a menu of finger food that suit the palate of tiny tots. It was all glam at the awards night section where hor d’oeuvres were passed around by waiters and a dessert spread was laid out to the attendees.

All the dishes were whipped up by the kitchen team headed by chef Simon Dayrit. Event styling was by Drew Menor.

The four events provided a glimpse of how Hizon’s Catering can make your dream event happen. For more information, visit www.hizonscatering.com. You may also email info@hizonscatering.com or call (02) 9250103 / (02) 9250107.
