And since I need to have a breather from all the work I have to do, I did reply with the interest. Bloggers John Bueno (www.kumagcow.com), Rodel Flordeliz (www.nognoginthecity.com), Edel (www.thekitchengodess.blogspot.com), Athena (www.lifestyleavenue.blogspot.com) and Chad (www.reimarufiles.com) are our companions for this food trip.

Italiani's New ‘TASTES OF ITALY’ Dishes Are Inspired By Authentic Italian Flavors

Image
The passion and flair that Italians are known for are evident, not only in their culture and the arts, but in their cuisine as well.   Antipastos and primos lovingly tease the palate ;  secondos are savory, they immediately satisfy while dolces are  decadent, you could not afford to miss a mouthful.
The delectable dishes of Italy come alive in Italianni’s new offerings collectively known as  “Tastes of Italy.”   Created by Bistro Corporate Chef, Josh Boutwood, these were inspired by the authentic flavors of the region using fresh ingredients.  What’s more, they are available in big  servings that are made for sharing, staying true to the Italian tradition of  celebrating with family and friends over mounds of food on the dining table.

If you are familiar with the double down burger which is a combination of all meat sandwich of chicken, bacon and cheese. Heart rate, blood pressure and eyebrows were raised when it came out in the market.
Definitely not a healthy option but a brave experiement by KFC to venture to weird food concoctions, the double down burger earned a spot for a title of heart attack foods. This year, they again venture into a new double down variant but this time with a hotdog. Thus the Double Down Dog is born.
