Kuya J Restaurant Opens In SM Novaliches With Celebrity Kuyas!

Filipino Food might be very common for us folks but there is something that makes us wanting it more. There is a special ingredient of love and care of the family which makes every dish very special. Kuya J Restaurant is rooted in home cooking which has been made by mothers for their families. However, the Kuya (big brother) is always been looked up for his own expertise and style of cooking but sometimes would do it rarely.

But now we can enjoy the special home cooked dishes made by your big brother with Kuya J Restaurant. They recently opened their biggest branch in SM Novaliches and also invited celebrity siblings with the Kuyas starts with J (John and James), and hosting the event was Gelli Victor.

The Menu for this special event includes of course the best in their menu which at first would be common to the Pinoy flavor but when looked closely has that certain twist that make every dish unique.

Starting with the appetizers like the chorizo dinamitas with garlic dip, grilled scallops, lumpia presko, tokwa't baboy in soy and tuba sauce and mangga tuna salad which has filled up our appetite and we have not yet the main course.

Favorites with a twist available like guinataang mongo, danggit rice and kare-kare. And their best dish would be the cripy pata that can feed a whole team and made perfect with its cripy external and juicy insides.  And the event was capped with desserts like the tablea flan, buko pandan which makes it indeed a sweet cap for the launch.
